These photos are examples of some of my Tunisian work. Close-ups to show that Tunisian makes wonderful lace in addition to the dense cloth of which you may already be familiar.

For anyone thinking about learning Tunisian, I can't recommend it highly enough! It produces lovely, lovely fabric that feels soft and springy, very much like knitting.

Wow Kim, thanks for sharing those examples of Tunisian. You're such a wiz at it. Tunisian is one technique I've always wanted to learn but never really got past the knit and purl stitches. You know how it is with designing, never enough time in the day to do everything we want. Keep up the good work girlfriend.
Hugs
Ferosa

Thank you, Ferosa! I agree! With all the designing, it's hard to focus on one thing for too long. I held off of Tunisian and cro-hook for a long, long time. But, once I got started...I was off and running. It even helped me learn how to knit! cheers

Wow! I love your work. Like you, I am fascinated by the beautiful fabric that can be created using the tunisian technique - or any crochet, for that matter. Keep it coming! Photos of other folks' work can be such an inspiration. Thanks for sharing both your photos and expertise.

Thank you, Eileen! I'm glad you like these swatches! You're right! Tunisian is loads of fun and so unexplored that it's a different experience each time. Enjoy!
